Don't be so sure of that. Was the Plan called "Chapter 13 Plan and Application for Administrative Expense"? If so, and no one objected to the fees mentioned in the Plan, there is a good possibility that upon conversion or dismssal the Chapter 13 Trustee will pay the attny his/her allowed administrative expense claim and then send the balance to the Debtor less the Trustee's costs. That's how its done where I am.
