    objection to levy

i am currently in ch 13 but recently converted to ch 7 on 8/3/10. due to health problems im unable to make the monthly ch 13 payments.

    im in PA.

i have a objection to levy hearing tomorrow. what should i expect? the balance due is $1700. The amount that the constable set aside is well over $15,000.00 36 total items. Now, mostly all of the items are items which are part of a corporation. Which is NOT part of the ch 7. I am part of the corp but my shares are very small. The levy is on me personally. However, I need to get out of this, my partners do not have the 1700 to get me out of it.

What do I need to do to get out of it? I revently have been in and out of the hospital 13 times since april and my memory is shot. So what should I do? What will happen? I cannot afford my attorney to go with me. I need to represent myself. I spent the rest of my money on ch 7 converting.

All collection activity should cease during your bankruptcy, whatever chapter.
I would at the very least bring a copy of the order entered by the Federal judge creating the automatic stay at the start of your case.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!
