List of expenses that can used for chapter 13

Hi all,

Does anyone know where I can obtain a list of expenses that can be given to my lawyer...besides the normal phone, TV, internet, etc..

Its schedule J - but my atty includes a list of items that don't fit the specified categories and puts them under 'other' with an addendum.

Here are my categories:

Mortgage (Insurance & taxes are included, but yours might not be)
Utilities (electric, gas, water, garbage - you may have sewer also?)
Telecommunications (goes under Other - cable, internet, cell... We have no phone)
Vehicle Gas & maintenance
Vehicle insurance
Groceries
Household needs (paper products, cleaning supplies, etc.)
Home maintenance (lawn care, pest control, replacing filters, etc.)
Personal care (both products and things like haircuts)
Clothing, apparel, shoes
Entertainment & Holidays (nothing massive here)
Pet supplies/food/vet (goes in Other)
School supplies, lunches (goes in Other)
Medical/dental out of pocket
Charity
Life or other insurance
Bank fees, postage
