    What is going on

I filed for BK on July 28 2010 and a week later everyone but one Credit card had stopped calling. I gave it a few more days and I picked up the phone to see who it was. It seems US Bank according to them had not received anything. (As of Aug. 6.) I gave them my lawyers #, case number and everything they asked for. I thought ok this is done. No.... more calls all weekend. I called Sunday got a number for the BK department called them. They in the mean time told me I didn't have the right address. I did.... I read it them, that I didn't file. They were real winners. Said they were calling because they can. It is illegal for you to call after I tell you I file they said we have no legal proof you filed.

I called the BK dept Monday morning bright and early. He said I didn't file he would have record that what he does. He sits in a room and watches his computer for filing. Really how funny everyone else has it. He tried to turn the whole thing around on me, he took my info insured me the calls would stop today. They have not stopped. Infact I even called my lawyer and had them call and they calls continue. What is the deal? Anyone else ever had this issue? Should I give it a few more days? I'm getting angry.

Have you confirmed they were listed? Mistakes happen...

yes they were on the list and I confirmed their address with them. I don't understand even after called them they still keep calling. They are on my trustee website as a list of Creditors.

Totally unrelated question my trustee said to make first payment on the 25th of August my lawyer had said one was due on the 10th. Gonna call today but who is right. I make 2 payments a month. The trustee says I owe my partial at the end and they thought it was a full payment before then.

Standard rule is 1st payment is due 30 days after you file. But if your plan is to have you split the payment to do 2 a month or bi-weekly then you will probably need to go with that schedule. (So that a full month's worth of payments are paid within 30 days.)

Sounds like this particular creditor is having some internal issues - no one updating your account correctly. If they are unsecured, I would say to ignore it and stop trying to correct them. Let them miss the deadline for filing claims if they never get it right???
