    HHM...a little help?

My ex husband (divorced since 2003) has supoened me and a large amount of back records for a 2004 exam.

As a creditor, just how much can he ask about? There's about 30 items, 3 pages of stuff, which will take a huge amount of paper chasing.

He wants copies of all my credit card statements from Dec 2008 forward.
Same with copies of checks, bank accounts, stocks, IRAs, investments etc since 2006.
Even the EBAY purchases of 2 el cheapo timeshares in 2006.
Tax returns, including W2 (none) and 1099's since 2005.

I know he's fishing, and the lake isn't stocked , so I'm not worried, but I was just wondering if there's a limit on what a creditor can legally ask for in a Ch 13.

    Thanks,
    CB
