We are completing our CH 13 now and as part, will be stripping a lien on the 2nd. By next year, we will be coming up on year 5 of our OPTION ARM that would be looking to reset. We are hoping to use our VA Eligibility to refinance the house. Payt would be about the same, is that possible, we just have to get trustee approval?
