I have my meeting with the trustee next wednesday. I have already made my 1st payment in July. My attorney has my expenses and budget narrowed in tight and honestly I can't really afford any more of a payment, and this is by no means living great, just getting by. What's the chance the Trusteee will want to raise my payment and what can I do if he tries. The attorney handling my case said we will just leave?? So then what??

I did a 13 because of my house. My 2nd mortgage is being stripped and I really wanted to keep the house. Both the 1st and 2nd mortgage are with the same lender.Comment

It doesn't sound like your budget will be objected to from what you've stated here. We are also an under-median family with a tight budget and the trustee didn't object to our budget or try to increase the payment.Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10.
