Question - Gov't. Claim date keeps changing ?

Okay, so today is D-Day for claim filings - so far, everything that I'm aware of is in *whew*. Only problem is, the original date for gov't claims WAS 22 August - now that has changed to 30 August

Why is that changing? It has been the same forever...until I checked it today and it jumped ahead another 8 days.

    ??

The original date may have been posted incorrectly. If it's really a concern (perhaps you are hoping the goverment won't file a claim for something?) you can ask your lawyer to find out why the date suddenly advanced a week.
I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.

    06/01/06 - Filed Ch 13
    06/28/06 - 341 Meeting

    09/27/07 - Confirmed at last!
06/10/11 - Trustee confirms all payments made
    08/10/11 - DISCHARGED !

      thanks lrpn

Nope, not expecting any gov't claims at all as we dont have any, however it did bother me to see the date change from 22 August to 30 August - and I've no idea why. Odd. Our regular claims date hadnt changed at all - it remained the same (and has passed) with all claims filed.

Have a call into our lawyer re: our 2nd as it is, so I'll ask about the date changing then. I just dont want anything ELSE to be able to change suddenly
