Mt attorney called and said they will be ready to file our Chap 13 on Monday 7/26. She asked me to bring in my latest pay stubs. I'm hoping that will work in my favor since I'm worried about my monthly payment. When I brought her my 6 months of stubs, there was a lot of overtime in them. This last paycheck is a few hundred $$ less since I didn't work any OT. Crossing my fingers till then.

The recent Supreme Court decision regarding income calculations for Ch 13 (temporary income and bonuses in the six months before filing that won't continue after filing shouldn't be counted when calculating the monthly Ch 13 payment) may help you in this situation.
