    NDC site question

    Hello,

I was wondering if someone who has completed or knows the ndc site could help me with an answer. My plane base amount is is less than my total paid to plan but it is greater than total paid to all parties.
Then when I go to account ledger I look at the at employer deduction what they take out of my pay is in the green sections it makes my balance on hand go up.What the deifference between total paid into plan and total paid to all parties?Just getting frustrated as my attorney does not answer my calls or email and I know I have to be close to being done.

    Thanks
    From NDC

Total paid in to the plan is the total amount of payment you have made to the trustee (in this case, via payroll deduction).

Total paid to all parties is how much the trustee has paid out to your creditors.

If you end up overpaying some, the money will be refunded to you after the case is audited before it is closed.
