    NDC Help Needed

We are almost 2 years into a 5 year plan. On the National Data Center website our car payment shows as follows:

    Claim: 17,535
    Principal Paid: 12,843
    Interest Paid: 806
    Scheduled Amount: 28,692
    Principal Owed: 4,691

I get everything except the Scheduled Amount. Can someone please explain why that number is so high? Thanks for any help

Somewhere on your schedules that you initially submitted it showed that number. (Was your car crammed down?) The claimed amount is the amount that will be paid.

Scheduled amount is probably the total of all payments over time (including principal and interest).

The Trustee might negotiate a better interest rate.

      That way unsecureds get more.
filed chapter 13..confirmed...converted to chapter 7...DISCHARGED!

Newbie no it wasn't crammed down....catleg, our monthly payment for int and principal is 650 so it should be paid off in 7+ months, less than 2.5 years into our plan. I'll look back at our original schedules, thanks for the help.
