One more question

If my Ch 13 is dismissed (wasn't my fault! see below), do I only owe money to the creditors that filed and were allowed claims, or can everyone and their mother and their dog now have a swing at me? (Figure I'd rather get all the bad news at once).

I have an appt with a DIFFERENT Bankruptcy attorney on Friday at any rate.

If the ch. 13 is dismissed, any & all creditors can pursue you for collection. Not just the ones who filed claims.
