Conversion from 7 to 13

My Chapter 7 has been open for 14 months now and now the time has come when I can either dismiss and refile in the future or file a motion to convert to a 13.

My question is this: if I convert from a 7 to a 13, what income and expenses do I use? Do I use the ones from my original filing date (June 2009) or do I use the income as of now?

You will file a new schedule i&j, which would be based on your current income and expenses.

Understood. What about a new means test? Would I have to do a form 22C? I already filled out a 22A when I filed my initial Chapter 7.
