once you are confirmed, can they look into your savings/checking accounts?

Going to cash a 10kplus 401 loan in a few weeks, and was wondering if they are going to micromanage this.

Chapter 13 sucks sometimes when I have to worry about every little thing.

You are not allowed to incur new debt without trustee approval. Even if it is from your own funds (exempt funds) you still have to pay it back. Before you do anything like this check with your attorney.

I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.

Taking a $10K loan on your future isn't a little thing and certain not little in the middle of bankruptcy.

Assuming you pay yourself back at 6% and the repayment plan is 7 years...that is $135 extra you are taking on every month that they will certainly want to know about.

BTW, didn't you just get past the hurdle of having to account to the trustee for a large amount of loan money spent prior to filing? Frankly, I'd be very wary right now of doing anything to jeopardize your Chapter 13 plan. Cashing out 10K plus without talking to your attorney and getting approval isn't a little thing.
