    Paying longer than the plan

My scheduled time to pay my Chapter 13 is up, but I still have 3 more months to pay because they didn't calculate payments correctly...nothing secured left, just unsecured claims...should I just wait the 3 months? I'm leaning towards doing that...don't even want to contact the trustee.

If you filed through an attorney, you may want to contact them just to be sure. Of course, if you owe the three payments, by all means pay them! You don't want to jeopardize a discharge in a Chapter 13 over 3 payments! (Maybe even if you overpaid.)

You could call the Trustee's office only to find out if those are in fact the last 3 payments. If you're under a Wage Deduction Order (some people call it a garnishment, but it's not), where the payments are deducted from your paycheck, you need to take action to get the Wage Deduction Order withdrawn.
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10
