Got a notice Friday from an auto auction outfit in Indy calling the truck 'abandoned' and any lien they will take yada yada. I sent an email, which they confirmed receipt of, this a.m. I related that the truck was not abandoned, but had been surrendered to Harris Bank, and the keys given to a bank clerk. The truck is listed as surrendered in our bk paperwork. I offered to send the auction outfit a copy of our paperwork.
I hope this isn't going to be a kink of any kind.
