13data center info

So I was on the 13 data center site and there info is a little confusing.
Here what it says:
Plan base $50,000
Total paid in to plan $50,200
Total paid to all parties $46,000
Balance on hand $4,500
Now the balance on hand has went up the last two months for some reason.
Any thoughts on the 13 data center site?

They are still taking money out of my pay roll check.I called my attoreny office a couple times but they won't get the attoreny on the phone.The guy said I will be notified when something changes until I see a pay roll stop I'm not done.I'm real close to being done I know just can't get answers from attoreny.
