    Ok...a few more questions...

Court date July 28 for the 341 hearing, I think that's what that would be' that's the first date. I'm expecting a second date (from what I understand) for the lien strip; how soon does that happen? I know to make the first payt 30 days after filing; which for us means it's due July 13 so we are working to be on time with that. Here is my question...when our payt was calculated we wer told 1050 a month...however, I see on the schedule it appears that they still count the 2nd mortgage even though I have stopped paying that. That all made sense...but my question is....once the lien strip is succcessful, which I would expect would be a few months, then does my BK payt then go up 500 which is what the 2nd mortgage payt was? That really scares me? Also..what happens trutfully if I can't make both the mortgage payt on time for July & the BK payt...the only reason that would be true is because we are awaiting hubby's first check from his new job & it is on an invoice based system so I have NO idea when he will get that. SCARY! I told the atty up front & he said to do our best, & that they should both be on time. I was HOPING we could not pay July & then put that in with the arrears but I guess not?

No, July cannot go in the arrears as it is not due until after your file date.

As to the 2nd payment, I would have expected that payment to NOT be on your list of expenses at all.
Get mortgage modified: DONE! 7 months of back interest payments amortized, payment reduced over $200/mo
(In the 'planning' stage, to file ch. 13 if/when we have to.)
