i have filed chpater 7 in 2008 and got discharged in 3 months. as of now bank sent me forclouser notice for my house. can I add my house in pervious bankrupcty ?

No, you cannot add the current foreclosure into your closed 2008 Ch 7 bankruptcy. And you can't file Ch 7 again for eight years after you filed the first time (2016).Originally posted by rhassnain View Post
