Creditors slow to file proof of claim

turns out 6 out of 8 filed. since im not 100% nothing really changes for me, just the ones that filed get a few bucks more each. Interstingly three of the claimants were bottom feeders, not the original creditor. Each of those has added a few hundred extra to pad the total amount of the claim. I left a message for my attorney regarding those. I was wondering if it would do any good to request proof of claim from them?

Well you can download whatever they filed from PACER, and see for yourself. Then decide whether to object to the claims or not.
