Thanks everybody.
My attorney has imput all my info...I qualify for both 7 and 13. Hopefully will have a plan in place on Monday, signed and filed on Tuesday. I have to stop a sale of my home at an artificially reduced price and either try to keep the house by paying off in a 13 or get the trustee to sell the house in a 7.
Think I'd prefer the 13 as my payments to keep it are much less than rent.
