Employment payroll question

Hello-

Planning on filing a Chapter 7 (we originally thought we would be filing a 13 and still might be ) in the next 2 months. Just started a new job with a small company (3 employees). Payroll is done through Wells Fargo which I used to bank with, since now I have switched banks, due to an overdraft account and cc that will be included in the bankruptcy.

Do I need to be concerned that they (Wells Fargo) will know that my ssn is tied to accounts included in the bk and can they reveal this to my new employer?

Probably a non issue. If you are an "employee", Wells Fargo cannot grab a paycheck from your employers accounts. The system is not that interconnected and they would need a judgment anyway.
