Ok...not sure where we are???

Ok so our atty have been supposedly very hard at work for us this week trying to get our #s straight & get us filed....but they didnt call back...ugghh! So frustrating...we were very concerned over DH's car posibly getting repo'ed, we got the letter from the CU *to be honest we don't know how long that takes but I don't want to find out!) so that is where we are, we were assured it was to be done by friday & he was going to call...but he didn't call back. So WTH? Ugghh! Stress level thru the roof & I just can't take this!

Your attorney probably had something come up or just didn't get your petition done as quickly as he hoped. It's better to take an extra day than to rush it and make mistakes. Relax and enjoy the rest of your weekend. Call your attorney on Monday and ask when your petition will be ready.
