Chapter 13 - Purchases prior to bankruptcy - when all bills are presently current
I plan to file chapter 13 and will ask our attorney to propose a 100% payback to the unsecured creditors. Have not filed yet - but plan to do so in the next 3-4 weeks. We are current on all of our bills at this time.
However, I would to purchase new tires for my car - along with a few other items - before we file. Since we are now current - on ALL bills....does this created any problems with respect to the bankruptcy court trustee - with what we purchased = prior to our bankruptcy -- once we do file.
