    Trustee ?

My attorney's never calls back and the people who work at the offices answering the phone are no help.Is ok to call the trustee if you have questions concerning your case or should I just wait and see when it ends.I'm just so close I just want to know whats going on with the case.

    Thanks

Its my understanding that the trustees dont like direct contact with payees. You have to go through your attorney

If you are represented, then the Trustee really doesn't want to talk to you. However, some Trustees will reach the conclusion that something is wrong with the case, if the Debtor goes around the Attorney to contact the Trustee. Some Attorneys are actually admonished by the Trustee when this happens. Some Trustees want nothing to do with it.

Set up an appointment with your attorney and go sit in his/her office and wait for them.

Also, and more seriously, what are you asking that requires an immediate answer? In a Chapter 13, things move slowly.
