    Here I go...

First, let me thank everyone for the knowledge and help for the last year or so. I get on this board daily and it really helps!

Today, I am finally filing. I am scared, about several things, but this is the only answer for me, as I see it.

We are currently behind 2 months on our 1st mortgage. 2nd mortgage is currently. Car payment is current. Those are the only payments that will be outside the plan.

Questions - will the 2 payments (1st mortgage) be included in the plan? I want to make a payment in July - can that be July's payment so that from now on, it will be considered current?

My attorney's office (not that I have really spoken to the attorney except at the initial meeting) is not very informative. When I ask for information, they generally don't respond, or it is a very limited response. So, if and when changes occur during the plan, what will happen? I see alot about PACER? What is that, and does it cost?

Thank you again for any help - everyone is wonderful. Any info about Middle District PA would help too.

If you are filing today you will have the bk petition that you need to sign. On that petition it will show whether arrears for your mortgage are in the plan. Make sure you go over the petition line by line for accuracy. If it's not accurate, don't sign it!

I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.
