    NDC says completed

We received our discharge on 4/9/10. NDC says "completed" but pacer shows the status as "discharged".

Will pacer ever update to completed? I can't quite believe we are "completed", as we have never rec'd a notice of hearing for the "Chapter 13 Trustees final report and account".

I know the discharge is the important part, but just wondering about the completed status.

    Thanks!
    Karen

Hey, Karen - good to see you!

You're right - it's the discharge that's important and you have that - CONGRATS!!! Has the court sent any official documents your way in the mail yet?

Yes, we got the discharge papers. I looked over the trustees letter to us when we completed the plan payments, and it says once our BK is completed, he will send us the final report and account.

I guess that's my answer! His letter was so nice. He said "it has been a pleasure to serve as your trustee" and also "congratulations!"

We got lucky to have him.
