I am 13 months in a 100% pay off chapter 13. All is going quite well so far. At this rate all unsecured will be paid off in a little less than two years. Some did not file claims. At the point when all the accounts are paid in full will the BK be discharged? Will I be free again??

Since it's at 100% payback, if claims were not filed, then yes, it will make your CH 13 end earlier. Congrats!Filed CH 13 September 17, 2007

I was a little concerned they might drag it out for some reason. So in about 18 months it will be over and I can keep my money. That makes it seem so much easier. If the car makes it that long all will be peachy keen.Comment
