Pay off 13

IF she makes the payments it will be good for now , but what about when its all over no more payments!!!

i just wanted to know if it is possible to pay off early don't matter what the situation

There are no early payoffs in a Chapter 13 unless you pay 100% of the debt.

While there may be some limited exceptions (as noted in this thread), the answer newbie2 gave you is pretty solid. After the BK laws changed in 2005, there is typically no early payoff in a CH13 unless you are paying back 100% of what you owe to your creditors (not 100% of your scheduled payments to the trustee).

You can check with your attorney, but don't get your hopes up on this one unless your generous girlfriend wants to pay back everything you owed.
