From reading your other thread it seems that discrepancy between your plan and Trustee's expectations was tremendous...
Now, can you throw some real-world figures at us, so we could help you better...
As for the bills, unless someone has you in the court right now, you should be OK to file in six months...you can likely get away with not paying anything apart from the mortgage, and even that for just a couple of months more...

Kinda in the same boat as you, but ended up seperating from wife, I went a lot longer then 6 months got the first round of calls from the company's gave them my lawyers number. 6-9 months later second round of calls from POS debt collectors gave them my lawyers number have not heard from anyone since. My lawyer told me she has seen people go 3 years before filling, not looking to do that myself but with ex going on disabilty trying to wait as long as possible maybe something changes so i can do a chapter 7.
