Well, as you can see by our new updated signature line, we were finally confirmed (verified by PACER about 20 minutes ago)!

THANK YOU so much to everyone here for your advice, information, and (most importantly) the support! When I look at where my wife and I were at the beginning of the process and compare it to now, it is unbelieviable how much of our lives we have regained.

Fourteen (14) payments down, and twenty two (22) to go! We aren't out of the proverbial woods yet, but we have a map, compass, and a new pair of hiking boots!

I checked Pacer today and we were confirmed yesterday 5/25; I had thought it wouldn't be until the end of June, but SURPRISE.
BreathEasy, I am with you. Where we are now as compared to where we were the first of this year....... what a difference. Finding this board was a life saver for me!
We no longer have a big RV and truck, but we do have a tent and cots. AND, we no longer have a big RV and truck payment. The tent and cots are owned out right. lol

I have to also say that these boards have really gotten me through this. It helps so much to know others are going through the same thing you are.

and it really helps to understand things more....definately makes for less surprises when you can read others experiences.

Arizona seems to be WAY behind in getting people confirmed...and since the plan is pretty much set for 36-60 months, there just doesn't seem to be any "urgency".

Yeah I think our Bk's are up 90% or something and our county has 2 Trustees.....they are just super busy

I think our confirmation was quick because we are in a 100% payback and so what's to quibble with.
BankruptinNC, we are still learning to budget, it is a process I guess. But the shock of it all has wore off and we are moving forward. The lesson has been hard, and I expect to continue learning for the next 5 years. Life is so much better now but I never want to walk down the path that led us to this point.
Yes, this board is wonderful. It has made me feel so much better than I did before arrivig here. It helps to see that you are not alone, but it helps even more to know that there are good and knowledgeable folk who have experienced the same which helps to lift the old stigmas associated with bankruptcy.
