Confirmation hearing rescheduled.

Our confirmation hearing was scheduled for 5/18. Not sure why, but it has been rescheduled for 6/22.
I was hoping to be done with the waiting game, but it goes on.

I filed back in August 2009... my confirmation has been set and reset and changed many times... Manhattan courts have been inundated!

Now my next confirmation date is June 21st, 2010. Yup, been making payments since Sept '09.... I feel your pain.

It is frustrating, hopefully ours doesn't take as many as yours. When I looked at the docket online, we were listed as #79 out of 80 for that hour alone. I'm not sure how long each one is supposed to take, but less than a minute each isn't much time.

We filed March '09, 341 was in April '09...and still waiting on confirmation. AZ must be REALLY behind!

Our 341 was rescheduled three times and the confirmation twice. Not unusual with all the filings in this area.
