We are in a Ch 13 and have already had our 341 meeting, are not confirmed yet. There is a possibility that I could be sued by a client for a mistake in a sole prop. If this happens, how would it effect my Ch 13?

Well, no where near enough info to give any sort of feed back. You will need to ask your attorney specifically.
It depends on the nature of the mistake and when the mistake occurred. If the event that gave rise to this person claim against your occurred before you filed your chapter 13, then you could conceivably modify your chapter 13 to include this person.
