    Response to objection of claim

Hi all, I am on the flip side of bankruptcy as I am a creditor in my exhusband's bankruptcy (no stone throwing please! ) Simple background, he is objection to my claim of child support (which he has not listed in schedule E or even acknowledges he owes in any of his bk filings) I understand that they are not discharge-able, however he is trying to keep them out of the payment plan as well. Frankly, my son and our family can't afford to not see the money come, it's in excess of $20,000.

At any rate, he has filed an object to my claim and I am working on my response.

Is there anyone willing to share their case number with me (I have a PACER account to view) that has had a response to an objection filed by their attorney? I have it written for the most part but unsure of the WHEREFORE clause at the bottom.

    Thanks in advance,

    Trayc

You could try this. Apparently they have publicized their case.

If you wanted to find someone from your past a few years ago it was not easy at all. Maybe you wanted to get back in touch with a member of your family,

Oh by the way, it does redirect you to PACER to actually view the documents. Interesting. I pulled the above link off of google, and there is no charge to see it, but if you go to the main page of that web site, they charge you $19.99 to see the dockets before you go to PACER. They have just republished the docket information on their web site.

Tigergem, thank you very much. This is exactly what I needed (wow that is a heck of a case!) Thank you again, it's appreciated greatly.
