Filing an AP in order to strip the 2nd mortgage (PA-Mid)

Well, I had my 341 meeting yesterday, which ran quite uneventful until I was informed by the trustee that I had to file an AP to get my second mortgage stripped. He also stated "it has nothing to do with me." and that it was a "local thing" so he wasn't at all surprised that I wasn't aware of it.

Otherwise, he was very nice and helpful, no attacks on this pro-se filer...

Nothing on PACER at the moment.

Any experiences with this? I'm in Mid-district of PA.

    Any and all responses/experiences/thoughts appreciated.

No person in their right mind files a Ch. 13 with lien strip pro se. I have. Therefore, please consider me insane and clinically certifiable when reading my posts, and DO NOT take them as legal advice of any kind.Thank you.

Hi, I am filing today. Mid-district of PA. Can you tell me anything about your experience? My attorney is not very helpful. I am scared. We are trying to stay afloat. Behind on everything - only a month. How do we get caught up and still have the payments.... Speaking of payments - can you send personal checks? Lots of questions, but here I go......

What are you asking exactly; if you have to file an AP, then file an AP. Get an appraisal of your home draft a complaint and file it.
