from months to payoff...I'm into my last month on my schedule, but still shows 5 months left to payoff. I never heard from the trustees office to increase my payments...should I worry that the trustee will try to make me pay this in full or will they allow me to continue to make the payments?

If you're certain you've completed the amount of monthly payments that you are supposed to, then pick up the phone and call your attorney to ask what to expect next.
Also, you don't say which state you are in. If you are in Michigan we are a bit different than the rest of the country. Chapter 13 plans in Michigan run post-confirmation, so we do run longer than 60 months. (Ours will be 63 months of payments..)Filed Chapter 13 02/2006 - Confirmed 05/2006 - Discharged 09/2011
I'm not an attorney. My replies are merely suggestions or observations, not legal advice. As always, consult with an attorney before making any decisions.
