We met our lawyer today and signed our bankruptcy petition with a payback of 719.00 per month which is alright since we both are still employed. She said it would be filed later today and that we are now protected and the wage garnishment would stop. What a big relief. Hope everyting goes well from here on. I guess 341 is next.
