Went in today and paid the $250.00 to our lawyer to find out what the mean tests says on how much our payment would be If we file Ch 13.What a disappointment when we learned it would take until probably Wednesday of next week for her to figure it out.I had assumed we would know right then,but I guess thats what I get for assuming. We are not even sure if we want to file or not yet and had hoped for an answer to let us know.The waiting and worrying is murder. All our bills are current as of now,but this month will be rough on getting them paid again if we dont like the answer because of a $200.00 month paycut and also spending $250 on her.I thought buying a House was a nightmare with paperwork,but this is so much worse......

I would like to know how many months of Bank Statements you need for your Ch 13?I have some cash withdrawls from a casino atm that I don`t want to explain.Thats not what got us into debt,but it doesn`t look too good. -

Depends on your district. Bank statements were never requested from me, I"m in Eastern Dist of Ca.Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11
0% payback to unsecured creditors, 56 payments down, 4 to go....Comment
