We plan on converting from chapter 13 to 7 in September when our baby is born. My question can diapers be an expense on the schedule J? I would hope so but i couldnt find anything on here about it. Thanks

We just included them in our grocery budget.Filed Chapter 13 on 2-28-10. 341 completed 4/14/10. Confirmed 5/14/10. Lien strip granted 2/2/11

On the form my Atty has there is a separate line for it, it will prob get lumped in with everything grocery, but no harm in noting it!Comment
