So, I have some chronic health issues. When we did our plan I accounted for what I spent at that time, monthly (medcine co-pays ect), since we filed a few other meds have been added and I'm finding that I'm not taking meds as I should and I'm picking and choosing the ones I can get as money allows. Is there anything I can do or am I just *OL?

If you talk to your doctor and there's nothing he/she can do, then it's time to talk to your lawyer. Lay out your changed medical circumstances. See if it's possible to have your plan amended to accommodate the new medication expenses.
The worst thing you can do is to do nothing. You have alternatives - you just have to make them happen.I am not a lawyer and this is not legal advice nor a statement of the law - only a lawyer can provide those.
