Claim Question
Not real important, but doesn't make sense to me...thought someone on here might be able to tell me what's up.
Our car loan is with Capital One Auto Finance. Since we've filed for Ch 13, they have transferred our acct to Ascension Capital (their bankruptcy division).
We are paying our car loan outside of our plan, which means we pay them (now Ascension Capital) directly....doesn't go through our trustee.
What I'm not understanding is that Ascension Capital filed a claim and it is showing up on 13datacenter as well as our trustee website as "unsecured".
This just doesn't look right to me. Any thoughts??? Do I need to bring this to anyone's attention, or do I just leave it alone???
