Hi, if when I filed ch 13 they added in my avg tax return as part of my monthly income does that mean I get to keep my refund? I read somewhere before on this board that it does. I'd ask my attorney but as usual they're busy and not returning calls very promptly.

we're about to file chapter13 this month too and our income tax refund amount is being figured into our income too, so I'm wondering the same thing.

i was able to keep all of mine and they included my refund with my other income...however, since i didn't want to pay the monthly amount that was calculated (i'm 100%), my attorney advised that i could make up the difference with my tax return. so, every year i get the send the tt an additional $1600 from my tax return.filed chpt 13 05/09
