    claims on Ch. 13 - after 341 - how long?

    subject pretty much asks the ?

    so how long after your 341 does a creditor have to file a claim?

    I believe they have 90 days. At least mine does, 341 done in Feb., claims can be filed until late May.

      Normal creditors have 90 days after the first scheduled 341 date, the government has 180 days.

        TY - I tried to search yesterday for the answer 5 different ways to Sunday before posting to ask, but it never showed anything in particular. Guess I wasnt asking it the "right way" for search

          You can always search for the chapter 13 timeline. The date you're looking for is called the "claims bar date". It is set once your 341 Meeting date is set. As indicated above, it's 90 days from the first scheduled 341 Meeting. (Governmental entities have 180 days.)

          This isn't a moving date and will be clearly shown on the Notice of Bankruptcy.
