    finally....pacer

trustee audit finally over, pacer reads " chapter 13 trustee report that the debtor or debtors have completed all payments according to the confirmed plan including all modifications therefore and is eligible for a discharge, filed by trustee (entered 03/30/2010)". Now if only the wage order to stop payments will appear. Wonder how long that will take since this is posted on pacer?

If you filed through an attorney, your attorney needs to file a Motion to Vacate Wage Deduction Order!!! Trust me... the wage deduction just doesn't stop magically! If you filed pro se, then you need to file a Motion to Vacate Wage Deduction Order! Then you need to serve the Order Vacating Wage Deduction Order on your employer.

I'd do the motion as an emergency motion.

    By the way... CONGRATULATIONS!!!
    Chapter 7 (No Asset/Non-Consumer) Filed (Pro Se) 7/08 (converted from Chapter 13 - 2/10)
Status: (Auto) Discharged and Closed! 5/10

called the attorney office today. I was told the wage order would be stopped automatically. That the judge would send this out and there was nothing to file.
There was also another entry on pacer today, I have to certify that I am complete with the plan, sign that i dont owe domestic support and such. Said to sign it, send it to attroney to electronically file and i would get a discharge
