    Income Tax as expense?

When determining your net disposable income, do they consider state and federal income taxes as expenses?

The paralegal was getting all of my information together, and I'm pretty sure she used our gross income and then figured all of our allowable expenses, but I don't remember them saying anything about income tax payments taken out of our paychecks. She did allow for the the medical and dental insurance that is taken from our checks.

Absolutely! There is a separate line on the forms to deduct all of your taxes that come out of your checks.
