As it stands I qualify for Ch7 with a DMI of -$127. If I was to file say the end of April would my pay for May and thereafter be looked at?
The reason I ask is because my pay may go up about $1,100 in April (but I acutally paid on May 1st) due to 3-day work furlough possibly being removed. This will definetly put me in a CH13.

they want the last four paychecks, so I suppose that would depend.. good luck tho

Would that be last four months of pay from filing date? 341 date?

Many Trustees ask for paystubs up to the 341 Meeting. This is to see if people are "timing" their filing of the Bankruptcy. Some Trustees couldn't care any less if you received a raise after filing.
