13 in Indiana?

Is there anyone on this forum who filed a 13 in Indiana? I am just curious since so much of what I read seems to vary by state. We are still on the fence, but days like today remind me a 13 could be in our near future.

Yes, also from Indiana. Filed 13 on 3/9/10.
341 set for 4/28.
My husband was fired after over 30 years. We now have 1 income of 43K a year. Surrendered RV and Truck day after filing.
My check every 2 weeks is $1,178.00, and payback from each check is $620.00.
Had to do 13 because I wanted to keep our mobile home and my car.
Not really happy with payback amount. Our lot rent is $200.00 a month, plus insurance, utilities, groceries and whatever else there is.... dr. dentist. etc.
But I have made the first 620.00 payment as the employer withholding order hasn't arrived to my employer yet.
You are right, every state is different as well as Trustees being different, attorney's being different, and each person's case is different. But I've gotten lots of good input here.
