Filed for 13 back in October and am still waiting for confirmation. I have an existing 401K loan at 8.25%,3 years to go and pay 576.00 a month into it. Have a chance to modify it so my payments would be only 405.00 a month but would reset it back to 5 years. Can't find anything in my documents that shows the length of time for the loan. Can I modify without notifying anyone since I am already paying into it?
