    Judgements and bankruptcy

What happens to credit card judgements in a chapter 13 bankruptcy. I have 2 against me and possibly a 3rd on the way before I am able to file. Can they be included in a bankruptcy and do they take preference over other unsecured bills. Any input appreciated.

Yes they can and will be included in your plan, depending on the nature of the debt will govern how they are paid. When your plan is complete, whatever was not paid off in the plan, is discharged. After you get your discharge papers, go to the court where the judgements are filed, and file a motion to vacate and show them the discharge paperwork.
