    Opposition to Confirmation letter

    I got my letter today. I know that everyone get it. This is what they want from me.

    1) Plan not feasible because of lack of regular income (self employed)

    2) Verification of business expenses

    3) Proof I closed the bank account that I owned money to

    4) Need to list tax years? (gave them 2005 to 2009 tax info)

    5) Need to list non-filing spouse's expenses (attorney didn't put in plan, gave him the info at our 1st meeting. Another $140 a month to cover her debt)

    6) My profit & loss statements for all of 2009 (I gave June to Nov 2009 signed Dec 9th, filed Dec 28th)

    I don't see a problem with any of this except the P & L statements. This is why.....2009 went like this for income from me.

    Jan = 0 Feb = 0 Mar = 0 Apr = 0 May = $1375 (gross) June = 0 July = $4190 (gross) Aug = 0 Sept = 0 Oct = 0 Nov = $3402 (gross) Dec = $6696 (gross)

    I would have filed sooner but I didn't know that I would have 7 deals go down the drain that should have closed.

    The money from December 2009 is gone on bills & business expenses. Jan 2010 I earned $4563 (gross) and Feb = 0

    I just don't want any crap about Dec 2009 because I don't have that money any more as this is the end of February.

    The letter didn't say anything about tax refunds. At the meeting he said he wanted both of ours. I'm 1099 so I always pay. She is W-2 and her refund offsets what I owe. She didn't file. I'll need that cleared up.

    It should be an interesting attorney meeting on Wednesday.....
